Partnering with CRC for Special Needs Support.
To bridge the gap between community needs and government resources, Vishalwin Foundation has entered in Memorandum of Understanding with the Composite Regional Centre (CRC), a prestigious central government institution. Together, we aim to guide children with special needs and their families to vital resources and services, ensuring they receive the support and care they rightfully deserve.
Mission
Our mission is to bridge the gap between the special needs community and the government resources meant for them. Many valuable schemes go underutilized due to limited awareness and outreach. Vishalwin Foundation strives to create strong awareness and access, ensuring that individuals and families in need can fully benefit from the exceptional programs and support provided by the government.

For the Organization
Our mission is significantly strengthened. By formalizing our work with a central government body, we enhance our credibility and ability to deliver a more comprehensive and impactful level of support to the community.
For the Government
The collaboration helps the government's resources reach the people who need them most. It ensures that public programs are effectively utilized and makes a tangible difference in the lives of the special needs population.
Our Approach to Financial Travel Support
To ensure that every child with special needs can consistently access the care they deserve, we provide financial support for travel to the center. We understand that transportation costs can be a significant barrier for many families, especially those from low-income or rural backgrounds. This support is more than just a travel allowance; it’s a way to encourage and enable parents to become active participants in their child’s development. How it Works : Our goal is to remove this financial hurdle, ensuring that no family is prevented from seeking essential services. By offering a travel allowance or reimbursement, we aim to:
01
Promote Regular Attendance
The support ensures children can attend therapy and special education sessions consistently, which is crucial for their progress.
02
Encourage Parental Engagement
It shows parents our commitment to their journey, motivating them to actively bring their child to the center and participate in their care.
03
Strengthen Long-Term Support
By building trust and removing a key barrier, we can establish a long-term partnership with families, ensuring their child receives continuous and uninterrupted care.
Our Programme Process
A step-by-step approach to ensure effective support, impact, and long-term change.
1. Identification through Screening Camps
We initiate the process by organizing medical and psychological screening camps within communities. These camps serve as the first point of contact to identify children with neurodiversity and create a direct pathway for them to be connected with the CRC's resources.
2. Guided Enrollment & Admission
We guide families through a seamless enrollment process, leveraging our partnership with the CRC to admit children into the nearest specialized centers. These centers provide tailored special education programs and essential therapies.
3. Personalized Care & Therapy
Based on comprehensive assessments, the CRC will develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans. The collaboration ensures each child receives a personalized approach tailored to their specific needs and local context.
6. One-Stop Support for Government Resources
Acting as a one-stop support system, we assist families with accessing government benefits, legal support, and other services. Our formal partnership with the CRC is the foundation for this, streamlining the process and ensuring families get the long-term support they need without confusion or delay.
5. Comprehensive Parental Support
Our collaboration extends crucial support to parents as well. We actively guide families to access vital government-provided resources, including mental health services, ensuring parents are also well-equipped to navigate this journey.
4. Long-Term Progress Monitoring
We provide long-term, continuous support by monitoring each child's development. Our partnership with the CRC allows us to track progress and adapt interventions as the child's needs evolve, ensuring they have ongoing access to necessary support.
